Your orders can be paid by several methods of payment at your disposal:
Pay with deposit: you can credit your Getfluence account with any of the payment methods listed below. You can then pay for your orders with this available balance whenever you want.
If the amount to be paid for an order is higher than your available balance, you can choose a second payment method to pay the difference (one of the ones below).
Credit card: secure payment by credit card thanks to the international solution Stripe
PayPal: PayPal is a simple payment solution
Bank transfer: your order will be confirmed upon receipt of your bank transfer to the bank account of Getfluence.
The information necessary for the bank transfer will be communicated to you when you choose this method of payment, when you make a deposit or place an order.
Direct debit (only for SEPA zone): direct debit allows you to start a direct debit directly from your bank account without having to fill in your payment information for each order.
However, at the time of your first request for payment by direct debit, we will ask you several information (such as IBAN, BIC code...) in order to activate it on this order and the next ones.
Please note: paying for a mission with the amount available in your deposit does not give rise to an invoice, since you have already obtained the invoice when you deposit the desired amount to consume in our media base.
